@KinnArchimedes You’ve never seen anyone from my “group” debate because you purposefully ignore everything written by them from the past 20 years. Weird how that works. If you can’t even engage with me on basic logic then what hope do you have discussing it with a “gender studies” major who learns, dissects and analyses sociological concepts for a living? You know, someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. I’d love to see you try to debate Judith Butler but you’d just be wasting everyone’s time. Since you still can’t grasp the basic ideologies of these “groups” you’d do better reading literally anything about the topic first, so read her books, starting with Gender Trouble.

Still waiting for you to logically rationalise that. Just because you say they’re self-victimizing doesn’t make it true. Cancel culture leading to Soviet Russia makes as much sense oppression not existing in 2020. I’m not sure what planet you’re living on but you seem to be completely oblivious to the ongoing struggles of minorities in the social sphere, women’s rights to their own bodies, voter suppression in the South, gerrymandering, trans people in the military, selective access to healthcare. There are videos of people still shouting “white p0wer” yet you think blacks should shut up about black pride. There’s an entire month dedicated to Black History yet in all the years you’ve been alive you’ve learned nothing of their struggle. Yet now _you’re_ the one who’s oppressed because of threats “over nothing”, which again erases substance of argument in favor of fear. You don’t seem to be aware of much at all. _”attempt to deflect criticism and proper debate”_ – this sums up what you’ve been doing this entire time.

@Opal well it’s easy to make claims you don’t have to logically rationalise. Explain how all this cancel culture is suppose to not degenerate into the Soviet Russia of the 20s-60s. What with all they do to help self-victimize themselves, claiming Oppression (which there’s little to no evidence for in 2020), as a catch-all to attempt to deflect criticism and proper debate. The de-platforming and hate is very intense from your side. Look at all the people that have had their lives and families lives threatened over nothing.

Hell, if they could smooth the frame pacing out, then it seems like it would be fine. It still wouldn’t be a locked 60, but that seems to be the culprit for the games worst performance drops.

Anybody else watch the Digital Foundry video with John explaining how due to the Build engine being so old, the devs had to incorporate new methods to get this to run on consoles. It was an interesting video, but it’s still strange seeing this run at 30fps when In your head you feel this should be a locked 60fps. As much as I dislike unlocked frame rates, playing with this code enabled would be my preferred way to play in this instance.
